The Coyote is 6 1/16 inches in overall length with a blade of 2 3/16 inches, the blade is flat ground from AEB-L stainless steel, and then satin finished. This knife has been cryo quenched for additional toughness and edge holding ability and Rockwell tests at 63 RC. AEB-L stainless steel is know for its ease of resharpening and its ability to take a razor sharp edge. The Coyote is a mid sized knife that balances perfectly in the hand and is suited for everyday use. There is a brass bolster, with a Sheep Horn handle. This knife comes with a right hand, Pancake Sheath, with Oak Carving. If you choose to order an additional sheath, you will receive BOTH sheaths. The one that is built already, and the additional one we will build for you.
