Description

These knives are about 8 5/8" overall, with a 4" blade. They are flat ground to an extremely fine edge and hand crafted from AEB-L stainless that has been heat treated and cryo quenched to 62 on the Rockwell scale for extreme edge holding ability. AEB-L stainless steel is well known for its ease of re sharpening when needed. The extremely fine edge will make these knives one of the most popular in your kitchen. They are handled in Elk Antler, with a brass bolster, red spacer and has Loveless Bolts. Each knife has a slip sheath made from premium Wickett & Craig Leather.
